Our policy lasts 15 days. You can make a return of the product, without any cost in the Iberian Peninsula (see other countries), within 15 days after the day you received the order. If it has been 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
You can proceed to make a change as long as your item has not been used and is kept in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need the order number as proof of purchase.

Once your claim is received, you must to send the product in original package to os (shipping cost is paid by customer). Once it is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or the original payment method, a few days later. Said refund will correspond to the PVP paid for the article, without including the corresponding shipping costs. Flip & Flip will run with the expense of collecting the returned item.

We make the change of article if you wish it for free. Changes are not available for Handmade to Order Collection because this products are customized and handmade to order for you. Shipping costs are not refundable.

In any case, when requesting a refund, only the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the amount paid as "Shipping".

Our products are made with recycled tarp of trucks and solar protectors and like a trucks, it is very strong, but something could be a mistake so in this case our warranty period is two years from the date of purchase for our backpacks. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the backpack or cap. In case of complaint send an email to, specifying your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the problem. Finally, write in the subject of the email "Warranty Claim" and send it. You must send the package to the address we will provide (shipping costs are borne by the customer). Once the damage is examined, if it is approved that it complies with the guarantee, it will be repaired and replaced by a new one if repaired can not be made. Later it will be sent free of charge.

Repairs/replacements will be charged in the following cases, including during the warranty period.

- Faults or damages caused by improper use or carelessness (bumps, undue loads like fill the backpack with stones, crushing, etc.)
- Hooks, turns or jerks what can tear the handles.

- Faults or damages caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake
- The aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (small scratches, etc. alteration of the color of the strap)

This warranty assures you that you can receive a free repair in accordance with the terms established in this document and within the indicated term, and may not restrict any legal rights of the client.
